I quit eating all of the foods listed for about 30 days, but unfortunately I was consuming wheat in some foods and was not aware of it (french fries, etc.). How long does it take before you notice improvement? I know that the skin prick tests were positive for those foods, but I never get any hives or anything-just GI upset. If I take everything out...
