I just ate some ham and roast beef (Kretschmar - lunch meat) and feel my stomach cramp up just like when I was eating gluten before I knew I had celiac disease! there is deffinately something in the lunch meat they are not labeling. It made me sick and im fine with milk and cheese and nuts so its deffinately gluten! here are the ingredients they list. but...
