  1. I figured he wasn't very educated on Celiacs from when I met with him, but this is my only option in trying to prove I have it to live off-campus at my college.
  2. I'm currently in the same situation. I've been gluten-free for 7 years, and I'm having blood testing and an endoscopy done this Friday. I've been ordered by my doctor to eat gluten for the next three days. I had a bagel sandwich and chicken noodle soup. This resulted in severe bloating, constipation, vertigo, and severe fatigue.   4. Hi! I'm a college student at Kent State University in Kent, OH. I have had Celiac's since I was about 12, but have never been "technically" diagnosed with it. There are no gluten-free food options on-campus for me. The main cafeteria has a bagel place, hot dogs, fried chicken, and a Quiznos. Even though I've been living off salads, even that makes me sick...
