About Me

I am 15 years old and have recently been diagnosed with non-celiac gluten intolerance. I also have some low lactate levels so I need to limit my dairy.

  1. Last night I started throwing up and all that jazz. I just returned from a week at a family reunion where the stomach flu was going around. I'v never had the stomach flu while being gluten free. Eating normally a year ago I would have had some saltine crackers but what do I eat now?
  2. I was recently diagnosed with non-celiac gluten intolerance. I have been eating gluten free but I have been getting sick lately. I have also been very tired (I have been taking 3 hour naps during the day for the past 4 days). I know that I am really sensitive but I have no clue what is triggering all this.
