We have signed up for a trip to Egypt (Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan) and Jordan (Petra). I have done some research by googling but have not come up with much except 1 bakery in Cairo that will make you some gluten free bread (min 3 Loaves) if you order it one day in advance.
