My doctor seems pretty sure that I have an intolerance to gluten. I am awaiting my test. But I am freaking out. I don't have the symptoms that I have read about here, but I having the beginning of osteoporosis because I seem not to be assimilating Vitamin D. I am a 59 year old female, I'm 5'3" and weigh 113 pounds. I am a "foodie" though I hate to even label...
