  2. Make sure your not intentionally eating gluten! I found a good number of spices, cream based soups, and even salad dressings (namely ranch and caesar)contain trace amounts of gluten- soy sauce as well!! Also these things take time to "heal" think of the bloating as inflammation and it WILL get better! I am having a hard time losing some weight- once I went...
