So I recently found out that bgood has gluten free buns! i also found out that their fries are gluten free to because they bake them. So I was very excited last night and got myself a burger on a gluten free bun and a side of fries! When I got home my bun fell apart! Completely fell apart, crumbles! I have to put the burger on a seperate plate and eat it...

I got a greek salad and I explained to them that I was "allergic to bread". They were very helpful!

I'm going on a raod trip. We're starting in Boston MA. We'll be driving to Louisville KY, then to Memphis TN and then back home. Any good gluten free places to eat in Louisville and Memphis? Really want to try some good BBQ! I know there's always tons of chain places along the way so that will help but I really want some homestyle food. Thanks!
