ARCHIVED Celiacs And Anxiety

Hi I have a 7yr. old who was diagonsed with Celiacs Disease 5yrs. ago. She has sever Seperation Anxiety and I was wondering if anybody else suffers from anxiety? I was wondering, I know they don't obsorbe certain nutrients due to the Gluten free diet. Does anybody else have a problem like this? Thank you
