I recently moved to Pennsylvania and discovered this glorious grocery store called "Wegmans". Wegmans has thier own labeling system for all of "Wegmans food brand" items found in the store. There is a key (usually found in the upper left hand corner of the packaging that will list as follows... G for a Gluten Free item L for Lactose Free LS for Low...
