Hi. I live in Albuquerque as well and have been living with celiac for a year and a half. It's difficult because Albuquerque has few resources for those with celiac. I am currently visiting family in Maryland and have found many places dedicated to the gluten intolerant. I wish Albuquerque could open some restaurants. I'm tired of only being able to eat meat...
