Thanks a lot. Yesterday I went to an acupuncturist and he said I have a severe "digestive disturbance" which affects my emotions. Seems like its not as unlikely as what I thought. I'm going to do all three (diet, supplements, and acupuncture). Unfortunately my parents want me on psychiatric meds and I'm under 18 so I don't have much of a choice. I hope it... -

Thanks. Now I'm a little worried though.. I already ordered a multivitamin. My dad (a doctor) said that I could take it and though that the Empower was a bit pricy, especially if I'm going to be taking 8 tablets a day. -

Thank you for the information. This could change my life! I read the ingredients from of the EMPower Plus and saw that they were very similar to those of certain Multi Vitamins ive seen so I might try that with a multivitamin. So if I start a gluten free diet tomorrow and the multivitamin/fish oil too, when do you estimate I should begin to see a difference... -

Hello I am 17 years old and I am not diagnosed with any gluten sensitivity or anything of that sort. However, I have had emotional disturbances since I was very young and have tried almost everything (therapies, medications, hypnosis, meditation, you name it).
