Well I look like an idiot now....I got a reply back from Contessa. Apparently the current formula IS GLUTEN FREE. The grocery store or warehouse must have had some old packs that they put out and that is what I ran into. The customer service rep was kind enough to include a list of the gluten free versions: "We offer delicious gluten free complete...

UPDATE: Contessa replied to my email to inform me that what I saw in the store must have actually been OLD Packaging which was confusing since it said "new look". So New packages ARE gluten free. Sorry.
