  1. Hmm, now I can't remember if I checked the entire writings on the Silk or not, so I'll go check again , thanks. I am really not sure about the gluten labeling laws in Canada. I know they don't have to list the source of starches and that sort of thing. Gluten is not included in the major allergens to label for, so I think we are probably much the same then...
  2. Thanks for your responses, I haven't seen the coconut one, but I will try to track it down. Small city here. The Silk brand here is not labeled as gluten free. I wonder what the difference would be.. I see your in the States.

I have only started the gluten free diet recently, and I have been desperately looking for a gluten free, dairy free coffee creamer with some flavor, I really don't care for just soy milk in my coffee, I find it's to thin and I don't enjoy the taste. I attempted to find out if Silk flavored creamer was gluten-free, or if Belsoy was, but I couldn't find anything...
