Yeah, I keep thinking about trying some beef.....maybe the grass fed beef..... Everytime I think about it I remember the hospital visits and the intense pain when it all started! I can laugh about it all now though....seems the older I get nothing surprises me much anymore! LOL We will see......maybe it is time to try again. Thanks for the info...

I am not sure where to even begin.....In 2004 started having joint pain. Flare-ups in one joint at a time that would come then go and show up somewhere else.
