So my doctor finally confirmed that I have celiac disease about 5 weeks ago, and I completely went gluten free right away. I started to feel better almost immediately. But sometimes after I eat I still get really bloated, but no feeling of sickness or anything else. Has anyone else ever have this, or am I just eating too much at my meals. I still don...
