So, To make things simple: I have a family member who likes glutening me, and then explaining it away as something else. Two weeks ago, he added soy sauce to a recipe, without telling me. I just got really bloated and had severe stomach cramps for about 48 hours. I had low energy working out, but that might have been more related to the whole pooping...
