  1. I like to use teas to calm my stomach. Peppermint, Ginger, and if necessary to move the bowels, I like just a touch of the Chocolate Smooth Move from Traditional Medicinals before I go to bed.
  2. Mexican food usually has gluten free options. I wouldn't say that of any country in South America as they tend to eat a lot of bread. Mexicans tend to use a lot of rice and corn products. Sometimes with wheat mixed in so ot as easy as Thailand!!
  3. It's a great idea to cut out the dairy stuff if you're not seeing results from cutting out Gluten. I understand that it's a very difficult thing to do. I'm with ya! When I first tried to solve my digestive issues (on my own because I had no health insurance) I cut out dairy first. It was a sad day, and those thereafter, but I did it. It helped...but...
  4. That's a good question! Maybe it's my personality, but when I would date while I was single, I was never nervous about telling someone that I can't eat wheat. Even though it can cause problems while looking for where to eat out, it wasn't usually an issue.   5. As far as I know, wine is gluten free. Fortified (sweet) wines are usually a mix with a grain based alcohol such as whiskey or brandy. I drink wine all the time though and don't have any gluten consumption symptoms.
