I was just diagnosed with celiac back in March of 2010. I was having pretty terrible tension headaches, nausea, loss of appetite, etc and really terrible anxiety while I was eating gluten. As soon as I stopped eating gluten the anxiety did seem to subside quite a bit but it still seems as if the times I am experiencing anxiety it is really difficult for me...
