Hello..my name is Bren and I am band new to this forum. I have been looking for ways to eat gluten free and lose weight. I have to have a total knee replacement. My doctor won't do the surgery until I lose another 16 pounds. He is also the one that wants me to eat gluten free and dairy free. I'm not sure why on that part as I don't have any diagnosis...
