Okay what I don't understand is if some of these products say they have Tocopherol or Tocopheryl, or Vitamin E, can I trust it? So many products have it and I have tried calling companies, but I have so many questions! I called Trader Joe's about their Vitamin E oil, because in parenthesis it says Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate or D-alpha tocopherol...
