ARCHIVED Vodka Sauce... Anyone Know If It's Safe?

I have a pasta sauce, Gia Russa Vodka Sauce, and bought it without thinking about the vodka problem. The second to last ingredient only states "vodka", not "distilled vodka" and this is what worries me. But when looking up how to make vodka sauce, it says to cook until all alcohol is burned off. Does this include gluten? I love vodka sauce, I sure hope...
