My 6 year old daughter had a positive biopsy (showing damage, but minimally so far) and showing ulcerations along her esophagus. She has now been gluten free for 2-3 months. I am going to buy my first bread maker to try to make gluten free bread. Does it matter if the bread maker has a "gluten free" setting or will any work just fine? Is there a bread maker that anyone would recommend? Great bread and easy to use are my main priorities. Thanks!

My daughter is 6 years old. She was born 8 weeks premature, but was born relatively healthy and has met all "normal" milestones throughout her six years.
