My tissue transglutaminase test results went from greater than 100 when I was first diagnosed 6 months ago to 17 this month. My doctor says I am doing great, but does the number ever go to zero? I've been trying my best to not eat any gluten.

Tostados are listed as gluten-free on the website but they were removed from the menu where I live. However, I called and talked to the manager and he said he could make me some because the tostado shells are used in the crunch wrap, so they are still around. I have always loved Taco Bell and am so excited to be able to eat something there.
