I live in vancouver and go to school on the north shore, it would be cool to meet you. i've been living in Van for almost a year and being a celiac can be pretty alienating.   3. Hello! I am reading a book right now called GAPS Guide by Baden Lashkov (GAPS stands for Gut And Psychology Syndrome). It's a step by step guide leading up to and through an elimination diet.
