Leaky gut does not equal diahrea. It is a condition where the lining of the diegestive tract leaks food particles and toxins directly into the blood stream. The body then reacts with an alergic reaction and can be as severe as anaphalexis.

I was diagnosed with leaky gut about four months ago and just stumbled onto this website this week. Its great that there are others who are gluten free, but I am frustrated by the fact that i still can't eat anything people are talking about on here. My list of no's is long: gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, tomatos, potatoes, sugar, corn syrup, chemical sweeteners...
