  1. I'm sorry:( I know it's incredibly hard. My daughter was 18 months when she was diagnosed. I have never seen a pickier eater and she was skin and bones when she finally got diagnosed. She was also afraid to eat. My mission was to get her to eat something with a lot of gluten-free calories. I was able to do this with King Arthur gluten-free muffin mix. They...
  2. We are going on our first vacation since our daughter, 2 yrs old, got diagnosed with Celiacs. We're going to Hilton Head with another family that is not gluten-free. It is a 10 hour drive so I can only bring non-perishable foods with me. Does anyone know if there is a good grocery store to buy gluten-free foods on the island? I'm getting a little (lot) stressed...

All she will eat are eggs (which I was making with butter and milk and cheese ((Lucerne mexican 4 chesse blend or giant eagle brand or sargento brand)) until recently when I started making them with original pam and...
  6. My daughter just turned 2 and has been gluten free for 6 months. She's put the weight back on and is most definitely healthier than before she got diagnosed. But I can tell that something is just not right. A couple of weeks ago we decided we had no choice but to make the entire house gluten-free (tough considering my 7 yr old son has no trouble with gluten...
  7. My daughter got an Imagination chalkboard/easel for xmas. Does anyone know if the chalk is gluten free? She is 21 months old and will def be trying to eat it.
  8. My daughter, Emma, was diagnosed at 18 months. She is now 20 months. Through trial and error (lots of error) I have come to the realization that it is not enough for a product to be labeled Gluten Free. She has a reaction unless the food is produced in a dedicated gluten free facility. Our nutritionist told us we did not have to worry about a dedicated facility...
