ARCHIVED 3 Year Old Need Maryland Doctor

I have a 3 year old that was diagnosed last week. We have been dealing with a pediatric hospital who have disappointed too many times. Does anyone know a good Pediatric Doctor with Celiac experience in the Baltimore area that can help manage his care? Seems like most doctors immediately send you to a GI specialist who is part of a large hospital system...
