I have been eating gluten products for my entire life (22), and up until about a week and 4 days ago I decided to cut gluten out of my diet in order to start feeling better. This morning I had a blood test from my doctor after telling him my concerns regarding a gluten allergy. My question is, will the blood test still work even though I haven't had gluten...
