I have been gluten free for a year (minus a few slip ups) I have a small patch where it is lacking in hair. It is not noticeable but I really would like it to grow back a lot faster. Anyone have this problem and if so, what do you use to speed up the process? Thanks! -

Hey there - I am new to this site and it is so helpful. For years, I get upper back spasms when I am glutened and it lasts for about a week.
