  3. 3 months ago, i started the gluten free journey,under my Dr.s care. i have suffered from hot flashes also for about a year( pretty intense ones) 5 weeks ago started on low dose birth control, to help with the hot flashes. it is working well, i can't even complain about the 5 lbs. i gained, since i lost 12 during my really sick/gluten time. however, i am constipated...
  4. i found a web site, called "cocopotamus", haven't tried it yet, but all of their truffles are gluten free, and some exotic flavors. i am going to order after the holidays, so i don't have to share with people who can eat the normal stuff!
