An odd question but...I picked up some Ener-g gluten/wheat free bread from Safeway tonight, (which is musch better then the other rice bread I was eating). Anyways, I'm embaressed to ask this but....the expiry date says best before Sept. 29 11. I would assume that is 2011, but, I know if it is opened, it won't be good until then, obviously, so, how long does... -

I live in Canada and there is a product here that is named Beatrice Eggnog. What else on the back would I look for besides Wheat, flour, etc for it to be gluten free? I was just informed by a dietican that I MAY have celiac, and I am going clean on breads/pasta/ wheat, barely, flour, etc...
