Thanks for all the ideas....I never eat the 'fake' meat stuff so might as well enjoy the convenience. Good to know I'm not alone in this....

ARCHIVED Eaten Gluten For Testing For Vegans?

I'm one week in to eating gluten. Have to make it until December 20th (endoscopy is December 21). There's no doubt I'm intolerant (I am not a happy camper right now). Anyone have any menu suggestions to share with a vegan? I'm eating a lot of bread and cereal right now. Any other suggestions for how to survive this would be most helpful....
