Hello! My son is suspect to have celiac disease and I have been feeding him alot of corn on the cob (since that's one of the only things I can get him to eat). I have been reading from other posts alot of information on Enterolab and the Gluten Sensitivity Stool and Gene Panel test they sell. Is this the only way you can get these tests done? Will the doctors not order these tests so that insurance will pay for them? Thanks, Missy
