Hey, guys me again. I actually feel worse after 1 week no gluten. My stomach symptoms are gone, and I was good for like 4 days but then I crashed. I'm very weak, especially my limbs.

I feel a ton better (even the past three days). But I read that you are supposed to not change your diet before you test for it. It's wierd, I never felt uncomfortable after drinking milk as I do now. Jon Edit: I am on the meal plan at college it kinda sucks for variety.
