Also, another thing I don't understand is that I've never had any food allergies or any of these symptoms except for a little bit more than normal gas, and all of a sudden all of these things are happening at once! Thank you all for your responses! I have tried to take supplements making sure it wasn't a mineral deficiency such as potassium, magnesium, calcium etc. Those things didn't seem to make a difference as I was still getting bloating and palps.
