The test they did was Tissue Transglutaminase Antibody (tTG),IgA Result was 7 Is there other tests in a total serum test, or is that it? Thanks!

My thoughts also, but not being a doc myself, it makes me unsure. He clearly is irritated with me "bothering " him, when he says it's negative. Going to see a GI that specializes in Celiac, but not until mid Feb.

I had a positive biopsy, but my blood test came back negative. Even though I had not been eating gluten for almost 6 weeks before blood test (didn't know I was going to take one), the Dr. says it would be rare for test to come back negative. Says he doesnt have any other answers for me. Have checked evereything else w/ultrasound, & endoscopy. Only...

So I had a positive tests on my biopsy, now just was told my blood was at 9, which is negative. Blood also shows anemia. Pathology says celiac, nurse says not if blood is negative. Any advice?

I just had the same thing happen. I had 3 biopsies that tested positive, but they wanted to do a blood test to confim. It seems to me, the biopsy would be proof positive. Wondering myself...
