I'm baking a pumpkin pie for Christmas and I'm making the crust myself. I found a gluten free recipe that uses white rice flour instead of wheat flour, but I also want to make it dairy free so I want to substitute the butter in the recipe as well. The best substitute seems to be Earth Balance or a soy butter, but the store I shop at has a limmited selction...
