Ok update - My blood sugars are well within the ok range, and I check them everyday 3-4 times. So I know that that isn't contributing. I am still plagued with the dizziness and headaches that last all day but the fatigue has gone mostly(Jan-2). I have had a few reactions to some foods that either were assumed to be gluten-free because of the listed ingredients or had possible cross-contamination in their preperation.
