  2. Thank you for asking this question, it's something I have been wondering about since we moved to this area 3 yrs ago. My gluten intolerance has gotten much worse in this time, and I found out not long ago that some of the local farmers are raising wheat. Dang, now it's decision time. To move or to stay. Not an easy choice either way.
  3. Can swelling, itching and tingling in the hands and feet be a symptom of Gluten intolerance or Celiac? I have noticed lately that whenever I get glutened, I also have this problem. Don't know if it is part of the problem or just a coincidence stemming from something else.
