i have been gluten free for about 6 days and i am experiencing tremendous anxiety. has anyone experienced this? is this a detox symptom? it won't go away. Thanks much, Mamie

thank you. So you are basically saying that in the U. S. if Vitamin E were on the label, then it would have to be labeled as coming for "wheat". like for instance, i just drank some oj that has a little vitamin e in it. But it just states vitamin e. So it should have said derived from wheat? i'm still learning, and so confused about many things.. Mamie

hi, i have just been dx barring an biopsy. i am wondering about so many things, but right now i am wondering about vitamin e. i want to take fish oil, and i have been using Carlson's fish oil liquid. But it has vitamin e in it. Aren't we supposed to stay away from vitamin e? tocepherols? Thanks very much, mamie
