hi, i'm thinking of embarking on an system to rid myself of candida. but the crux of the program includes a cleansing using psyllium and benzonite. not sure yet if i have celiac..but IF I DID....WOULD IT BE OKAY TO USE PSYLLIUM? or would that be too rough for my intestines? or does it not matter? thanks so much! -

hi kaiti! thanks so much for your response! i'm not sure about the celiac, i plan on getting tested by enterolab for the gluten sensitivity. from what i hear, the test for candida is tough to confirm candida overgrowth. my doctor's not crazy about doing it , either. i'm not sure what test is the most conclusive. i ordered a probiotic called... -
