Hi my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease February 2011 we were very surprised. Hadn't even heard of it. Since me and my 2 other children were tested and I carry the gene and 1 of my boys does. We are a family of 5. Gluten free pretty much in the house for dinners I don't want to cook 2 seperate meals.
