Don't be so hard on yourself, it's a learning process. There is no way to know everything in such a short amount of time. You do need to be patient and read packages if you want to still eat convenience foods, and you need to be patient with yourself, keep lists of what products you react to so you can avoid them in the future and have fun exploring food... -
