  3. As a background, I've been gluten-free for about 2 years. Tests for Celiac were negative, but I'm allergic to wheat and can't tolerate any gluten at all. Since adjusting to the diet, I've been fine. The inconvenience is well worth it because I feel so much better. This may sound like a crazy question, but I'm asking anyway.
