  2. I was just diagnosed, tried one day on the diet and failed. I was wondering if it is worth it. Can anyone tell me that they feel markedly different. Will I really have energy on that diet? How to I get my sugar fix? What snacks can I eat? When can I expect to feel better? Overwhelmed.
