My wife and I are looking for a new pediatrician for our 1 year-old in the Los Angeles area. I've been gluten free due to Celiac's for 30+ years, so we would like our new pediatrician to have above average knowledge of Celiac's disease in case it turns out our child has the disease as well. We don't need a pediatric gastroenterologist, just a pediatrician...
