  1. I need help interpreting some Kimball Genetics lab results (See Below). Do the results mean that I am negative for gluten sensitivity and celiac disease?   2. I've been experimenting with gluten free flours for baking. One thing that I noticed is that they often lack vitamins (i.e. B vitamins). Are their any enriched gluten free flours? Are their any ways to enrich gluten free flours yourself.
  3. I've been looking for a good gluten free bread mix but have not been able to find a good one. Can someone recommend a good gluten-free mix? My body's pretty picky.
