When my anxiety started 4 years ago I was in a really bad spot. That website was my saving grace, it just all made so much sense. Every once in a while when I am going through a bad spell I go back to the website for a refresher. I also read the book and that was part of my recovery. Thank you for the support. I am going today to see a different doc who will do sensitivity testing along with a detox program and try to figure out what supplements will help. I'm hoping I will be able to get back to my yoga and walking soon, I'm sure that will help some. -
I don't have confirmation from a Dr. but I went gluten free in mid January. I'm tired of going back to the doctors and being told we don't know what's wrong with you your test are fine.
