I'm a 39-y/o WAHM, recently self diagnosed with gluten sensitivity.

  1. Definitely continue to eat gluten till you get tested. If you stop eating it, the test results won't be accurate. I tested negative a few years ago and I recently went off gluten. I feel awful when I do get a little bit by accident, so I'm assuming I have gluten intolerance. But in a way, it would be nice to have an official diagnosis. Best of luck...
  2. Thanks. So I guess it's more likely I had some gluten at the restaurants? And I can keep using my lipstick?? LOL - the bigger question!
  3. I'm recently self diagnosed gluten sensitive. Since going off gluten in November, I've felt MUCH better, except for when I accidentally ingest some. I was doing great until a few weeks ago when I had what I'm assuming was a gluten exposure at a restaurant. Then it happened again 2 weeks after that. OR did it?
